2011 Siesta Scripture Memory Verse #14

Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past.
See I am doing a new thing!
Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?
I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland.  Isaiah 43:18-19 NIV

I love the hope that these verses promises. We can't see what God is doing right in front of our eyes, if we're busy living in the past.

What verse gives you hope?

  1. Thank you for sharing your verse with us. Oh how I need to not swell on things from the past. So hard to do when circumstances change but so needed to move forward. My memory verse:
"Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you,
I will uphold you with My righteous right hand."
    Isaiah 41:10 NKJV

Have a great weekend Rebecca! Blessings, Sara
